New blog!!!
Hello everyone and welcome,
This is my new blog post.
I used to blog at: http://acornapps.blogspot.co.nz/

There is still loads of info there. However I have decided to start a new blog. This blog is a site which teachers of students with Special Educational Needs may (hopefully) find useful or at least interesting.
For those who don't know me I am teacher of students with Special Educational Needs. Bit cliche - but everyday really is different.
Well as those of us who teach students with SEN know it is hard work even though we love our jobs - maybe sharing info on here might help lighten the load a little. The plan is to add things to the blog as they arise through my daily life at school - i.e. little tips, links to other blogs, ideas, things I've just discovered that work (and even things I've tried that didn't work) - that sort of thing.
Any how I would like to start off by linking you to another blog which another teacher drew to my attention:

There are some great, free downloadable resources on here - I've used some of the activities from the alphabet packs with my class.
Also - if anyone has anything that they would like me to include on the blog - please let me know.
